FIT — Focused Intention Technique — is Loretta Mohl’s body-led healing method, developed through decades of work in trauma, addiction, group, and community healing. It is an 11-step process that works with the body directly, not just the mind.
SomaFIT is the first level of the FIT process. It was created because many people need more than information. They need support in learning how to stay present in their body without getting pulled back into protection.
