CoreFIT: Completing the FIT Spiral with System Lead
A spiral-oriented training that builds safety, maintains system leadership, and allows core limiting beliefs to complete — not reorganize.
CoreFIT is where the system stays present long enough for what never got to complete to complete at the root.

CoreFIT is the complete 11-step Focused Intention Technique (FIT) training, taught through a spiral-oriented, safety-tracked framework.
The focus is moving through the FIT spiral while ensuring the system — not protection — is leading.
When protection leads, beliefs reorganize rather than resolve. CoreFIT prevents that handoff by building the capacity to stay present as sensation increases.
Unresolved core limitations complete at the root through biological and nervous-system completion — not through reframing.
Two Levels of Completion
Level 1: Completing the Protection Response
Protection patterns are hidden, unconscious, automatic. Slowing down makes them visible. The nervous system learns: “I’m safe enough to stay — protection no longer needs to lead.”
Level 2: Completing Core Limiting Beliefs
Core limiting beliefs are not mental content. They are decisions formed at the edge of overwhelm and stabilized by protection.
Beliefs are not targeted, reframed, or replaced. They resolve when the system stays present long enough for the original charge to complete.
This level of completion becomes possible when protection is not leading the process.
When Protection is Running the Healing Process
Protection does not need to be dramatic to take over. Most often, it runs quietly — through pacing, interpretation, settling, or stopping early.
In CoreFIT, we don’t work on protection patterns. We track whether protection is leading, and slow the spiral when it is.
- Try harder to make it work
- Push through resistance
- Force the outcome
- Speed up instead of slowing down
- Overthink what should be felt
- Go into fixing mode
- Judge ourselves or shame ourselves
- Disconnect from what’s present
- Override what we feel
- Numb out
- Stop when it gets uncomfortable
- Quit right before the shift
- Repeat the whole cycle
This isn’t failure. This is protection doing what it learned to do.
What We Practice Instead
In CoreFIT, the practice is not to eliminate protection — but to prevent it from leading.
We move through the spiral slowly, staying with sensation, maintaining the pause, and tracking leadership at each phase.
When the system stays present, protection doesn’t need to organize — and beliefs don’t need to stabilize.
Protection may still show up — and in CoreFIT we meet it, then we keep moving through completion. This process is designed to bring the session all the way home.
We follow what’s underneath: sensation, emotion, age, memory, and the Step 7 decision that formed the belief. Then we bring in the missing resources, integrate the shift through the body, and reclaim truth.
This is completion — not forcing, not fixing, not bypassing.
CoreFIT Is Spiral-Oriented
CoreFIT is not step-driven — it is spiral-oriented.
This means we don’t jump into belief work or push toward outcomes. We move through the spiral in sequence, allowing each phase to stabilize before continuing.
The spiral itself is the container. Beliefs emerge and resolve naturally when the system remains present throughout the process.
CoreFIT Registration
CoreFIT is offered in guided cohort containers throughout the year.
Each container includes:
- • 4 weekly live workshops (3 hours each)
- • 28-day simultaneous spiral practice
- • Private online group for daily integration
- • Workshop recordings included
Investment: $500
Because each cohort is limited in size and support is direct, registration details are shared upon request.

Loretta Mohl is the founder of the Focused Intention Technique (FIT) and the creator of CoreFIT.
For over 40 years, Loretta has been devoted to one mission: helping people heal at the root — not by forcing change, but by creating safety inside the body so what never got to complete can finally resolve.
Her work is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and deeply body-based. She teaches that real transformation happens when the nervous system is met, the original protection softens, and the deeper truth of who we are becomes available again.
Loretta has guided thousands of people through this work in private sessions, groups, trainings, and professional settings. Her teaching is grounded, practical, and deeply respectful of the pace the body needs in order to heal.
From Shutdown to Self-Worth: How FIT Helped Me Reclaim My Life
— Dianne Fraser, Alberta, Canada | Social Worker
I grew up in a family environment shaped by alcoholism and sexual abuse, which left deep emotional scars. That trauma led me to believe I was worthless, unlovable, and full of shame and self-loathing. To survive, I developed unhealthy coping strategies — shutting down, numbing, and blocking any feelings.
For years, I felt like my life was missing joy and purpose. I searched for help in many places, but nothing truly moved me forward — until I began working with Loretta and learning the Focused Intention Technique (FIT). The difference it made in my life has been profound. I began to love myself. I found happiness. I started to enjoy life again. What I love most about FIT is its simplicity — and the power it gives me to realize that everything I need is already within me.
Loretta is a truly gifted healer. She’s kind, gentle, intuitive, and carries a calm energy that makes you feel safe. She’s helped me become unblocked, reconnect with my feelings, and return to who I am. Even when I’m struggling, Loretta challenges me in a way that feels deeply respectful and honoring — it makes me want to take the next step.
If you’re struggling with self-worth or feeling stuck in life, I highly recommend the Focused Intention Technique work with Loretta. It changed everything for me.
