SomaFIT — A Gentle Return to the Body
SomaFIT is structured practice that creates the conditions for internal safety.
Through simple, guided repetition, SomaFIT helps the body learn how to stay present with what it would normally avoid, override, or leave.
SomaFIT is for people who understand their patterns, but still find themselves tightening, overthinking, pushing through, shutting down, or disconnecting when something gets activated.
These patterns do not come from nowhere. They form when something inside did not feel safe to feel, stay with, or process. The body learns protection instead of staying, and those patterns continue to run automatically.
As you learn to stay with sensation, the body begins to build capacity — the ability to feel without leaving. As that capacity builds, what has been held can begin to move, release, and complete. Tension softens, the system settles, and there is more space and ease.

CoreFIT — The Focused Intention Technique
The full 11-Step FIT Method for working with patterns at the root.
CoreFIT is where you move into the full Focused Intention Technique (FIT). It builds on the foundation of SomaFIT and takes you deeper into working directly with sensation, emotion, belief, and completion.
In this course, you are not just understanding your patterns — you are learning how to work through them. Step by step, you are guided into the body where experience is held, so what has remained unfinished can begin to resolve.
This is not about pushing or forcing change. It is about working in a structured way that allows the body to stay present long enough for deeper layers to be accessed and completed.
SomaFIT creates the conditions for internal safety. CoreFIT uses those conditions to begin the deeper work.
Each course builds on the next — moving from learning how to stay, into working through what has been held.
Completion of CoreFIT is required before enrolling in Deshielding or advanced integration training.
