Focused Intention Technique (FIT) is an 11-step healing process that helps you safely uncover and transform the root causes of stress, trauma, and limiting beliefs.
FIT begins with heart-centered intention and Creator connection, then gently guides you into the body, where old patterns and emotional imprints are stored. Through safety, sensation, and presence, FIT helps dissolve survival-based decisions about self, others, and life — so you can reclaim peace, love, and connection.

About Your Trainer
Loretta Mohl is the founder of the Focused Intention Technique (FIT). With over 40 years of experience in trauma healing, holistic counseling, and spiritual development, she has helped thousands of people dissolve limiting beliefs, reconnect with their truth, and return to wholeness.
She developed FIT while working with survivors of trauma in residential schools and maximum-security prisons in Canada. At the heart of her work is the principle that healing begins with safety.

How is the training delivered?
Core FIT Online Training is taught live via Zoom in a small group format. You’ll also receive recordings of the sessions, a Core FIT Training Manual, and guided practice materials.
What if I miss a session?
All live sessions are recorded and shared privately. You can catch up at your own pace.
What are the benefits of online live training?
Online live training gives you the depth of FIT without the added cost or time of travel. You can join from the comfort of your home, saving money and energy while still receiving personal guidance and group support. The online format also allows us to move at a steady pace, giving you more time between sessions to practice, integrate, and return with questions.
What if I can’t attend all 4 sessions live?
All sessions are recorded and shared privately. Live attendance is encouraged for interaction and practice.
How much time should I set aside each week?
Each live session is 3 hours. We also recommend 30 minutes daily for the 28-day practice.
Do I need any prior experience with FIT?
No. This training is designed for anyone who wants to learn the full 11-Step FIT process for their own healing and growth.
Can I bring FIT training to my workplace or community?
