The Method

FIT — Focused Intention Technique — is Loretta Mohl’s body-led healing method, developed through decades of work in trauma, addiction, group, and community healing. It is an 11-step process that works with the body directly, not just the mind.

SomaFIT is the first level of the FIT process. It was created because many people need more than information. They need support in learning how to stay present in their body without getting pulled back into protection.

With Loretta’s guidance, you begin to notice:

How your protection patterns actually work — not as concepts, but as something you can feel
Where the body tightens, pulls away, or goes somewhere else
What safety feels like inside the body — often for the first time
How to return when you begin to leave — gently, without judgment

How the Process Unfolds

SomaFIT is an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself. Each day builds on the last — gradually, without force. The body leads. You follow.
