What Is SomaFIT?
SomaFIT is a guided, in-depth exploration of the first threes steps of the Focused Intention Technique (FIT) — the foundation of all healing work. Each module leads you through one layer of the spiral: connection, sensation, emotion, perception, and integration.
In SomaFIT, we don’t just talk about healing — we practice it, gently and experientially, from the inside out.
A sacred, somatic pathway to regulate stress, restore presence, and rebuild trust with your body — one breath at a time.
SomaFIT is the first step in the full Focused Intention Technique (FIT) series. Rooted in compassion, this body-led journey helps women 50+ slow down, reconnect, and feel safe enough to heal.

In CoreFIT, you’ll learn the complete 11-Step Focused Intention Technique (FIT) — a sacred, body-based process to reconnect with yourself, dissolve trauma at the root, and return to your natural wholeness.
Through breath, intention, and deep inner listening, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves and remember the truth of who you are.

If you’re new to this work, begin with SomaFIT, a 21-day practice to build safety and reconnect with sensation.
When you feel ready to go deeper, CoreFIT carries you into the full 11-step process — working gently through the layers of body, emotion, and belief to complete what was left unfinished.
Each course builds on the next, guiding you home to the wholeness that was never lost.
Completion of CoreFIT is required before enrolling in Deshielding or any advanced integration training.

Course 3: Deshielding with FIT — A Journey Back to Your Unshielded Heart
Advanced emotional release and truth-telling. For those who’ve completed FIT Basic.
(Advanced Courses — Basic FIT is a prerequisite)
This course is for those who’ve already completed the Basic FIT course and are ready to go deeper.
Deshielding explores how protection patterns form, how they block presence and truth, and how to gently dissolve the walls around your heart — without force, and without fear.

A somatic, spiritual course for embodying your inner wisdom and four sacred potentials.
This experiential course invites you to walk the sacred spiral of the Tree of Life — not as a concept, but as a living reality within you.
You’ll explore 21 chapters (and embodied practices) that connect you to the roots, trunk, branches, and fruit of your own healing path.Each module activates one of the four sacred potentials: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical, guiding you to live in alignment with who you truly are.
