Focused Intention Technique (FIT) — Experiential Workshops for Individuals, Communities, and Professional Teams
A structured, paced approach to trauma healing that works gently with body sensation, emotion, and belief patterns — supporting safety, regulation, and meaningful change without reliving the past.
The body holds the story.
The body can also
release it.
The Method
What Is Focused
Intention
Technique?
Before learning FIT, many people notice patterns such as reacting quickly in emotional moments, bracing or shutting down in the body, or understanding their patterns intellectually while still experiencing the same automatic responses.
These experiences are not a lack of effort or awareness. They often reflect how the nervous system learned to protect and respond during times when safety, support, or choice were limited.
Focused Intention Technique (FIT) is a body-centered, trauma-informed process that works gently and safely with sensation, emotion, and belief patterns in a structured, paced way. Rather than reliving past trauma, FIT supports the nervous system in completing responses that were interrupted — allowing deeper resolution, regulation, and clarity to emerge naturally.
What Becomes Possible
A greater ability to stay present with sensation instead of automatically reacting or shutting down
Increased emotional regulation and steadiness in the body
Clearer awareness of long-standing patterns and the decisions that shaped them
A growing sense of internal safety, choice, and personal agency
Shifts in how you relate to yourself, others, and life overall
Your Path Forward

Real Voices of
Transformation
FIT gave me tools I didn’t know I needed. For the first time, I felt my body as a safe place rather than something to manage or escape from.
As a practitioner, this training transformed how I work with clients. The paced, body-centred approach opened up healing pathways I hadn’t seen before.
Our team left the workshop feeling more connected and regulated. Loretta’s presence and expertise created a container where real change could happen.
